Abstract: Step up to the plate with UX One for your organization! EnterpriseOne Release 9.2 comes equipped with UX One roles out-of-the box; which allows companies to take advantage of the alert-analyze-act paradigm; but how do you take it out of that box and begin leveraging that content to the advantage of your organization? Hamilton Telecommunications installed the necessary infrastructure and components with their 9.2 Upgrade in early 2018; but still had work to do to put the functionality to use for their organization. Hamilton is a small business and will share a beginner's overview of their journey in enabling UX One roles with limited internal resources and discuss how they are engaging their users with this functionality to provide an improved user experience.
