Abstract: This session will showcase a case study of building connected car platform on Oracle Cloud using IoT Platform, Service Cloud, Integration Service, Mobile Cloud Service and Oracle Database. Connected Car platform can help to improve the customers experience through the full life cycle. The vehicle telematics integration with the IoT Platform helps to collect real-time data from the car. The Service Cloud integrates with telephony system as well as the IoT Platform to provide predictive maintenance and higher level of customer engagement. Other Digital Services can be also provided to the customer.
