Abstract: Airborn purchased Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Commerce Cloud as part of its digital transformation strategy to leap forward into a new generation of customer experience (CX). Having been an organization that relied heavily on spreadsheets for quoting, email for communicating, and an outdated website to configure orders, A5 helped Airborn see the true value of adopting the combined CX suite of products that Oracle offered.
