Abstract: An important part of a global workforce landscape is the ability to plan; reward; and retain seamlessly. In this session; Oracle Gold and Cloud Standard Partner; Elire; will present a case study how Yum! Brands implemented the Talent Profile and Compensation Modules to an already live cloud instance. A Certified Oracle Implementation and Elire Consultant; will discuss how these modules are maximizing the way Employees; Managers and HR Users; and CHRO's can plan; reward; and retain a global workforce while leveraging Workforce Analytics.

Objective 2: Discuss best practices for implementing modules to an already live environment in cloud
Objective 3: Discuss Yum!'s recent implementation including accomplishments; pain points; success routines; and how the company is leveraging workforce analytics to improve.
