Helene Abrams is chairperson and CEO of eprentise.  She incorporated the company in 2006 with a vision to provide software that accelerates business change for enterprises by providing Correct, Complete, and Consistent information. Under Abrams’ direction, eprentise has grown from a groundbreaking idea into a multi-million dollar company that is the recognized leader in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) transformation tools.

A well-known world leader and Subject Matter Expert on data, application, and process consolidation, Abrams is credited with the conceptualization and architecture of a pioneering software product for copying, filtering, merging, and changing data that has helped marquee organizations leverage the synergies of their existing software solutions. Using this technology, she formed eprentise – the product offerings of which were her brainchild.

Abrams is regarded as an innovator who has enabled customers of Oracle E-Business Suite to realign their EBS footprint with business changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. With her guidance, companies have successfully addressed the need to comply with new statutory and regulatory requirements, enter new global markets, operate a shared services center, and update obsolete configurations that the organization has outgrown. She has the depth of knowledge, the technical expertise, the business acumen, and a range of experience in companies from start-ups to the Fortune 50.

As Oracle’s first applications consultant in 1988, Abrams also has the technical and functional knowledge of how to align Oracle E-Business Suite with business strategies. Her forte is driving results through strong people skills and a focus on quality, and she has held executive-level positions with other Big 5 and technology companies, including Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young. Abrams holds a master’s degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
